Event organisers
Empty chairs, silent vendors
You booked the venue and built the agenda. But registrations crawl, sponsor conversations stall, and your team is manually chasing attendees three months out. Spend goes up. The room stays half empty.
GTM systems architect / Tunis, working worldwide
I build outbound revenue systems for B2B SaaS, AI companies and event organisers, engineered so every message reads like it came from inside your industry rather than from a marketing team.
Every layer transfers to you at handover
THE STACK BEHIND EVERY SYSTEM
What I fix
Empty rooms and empty pipelines have the same root cause: no outbound system underneath.
Event organisers
You booked the venue and built the agenda. But registrations crawl, sponsor conversations stall, and your team is manually chasing attendees three months out. Spend goes up. The room stays half empty.
SaaS and AI founders
The product works and early users like it. But there is no ICP definition, no sequences and no CRM discipline, so growth depends entirely on referrals and luck. You are one quiet month from panic.
Both
Every campaign is rebuilt from scratch. Lists in spreadsheets, messaging improvised, no deliverability setup, nothing documented. Nothing compounds, because nothing was built to last.
Services
Nine engagements across three stages of the same idea. Every one ends with you owning the full infrastructure, permanently.
Three acquisition tracks running in parallel on one system: delegates in the room, vendors paying for access to them, and speakers credible enough to make both show up.
ICP, lead sourcing, sending infrastructure, sequences, LinkedIn layer, CRM and reporting, assembled as one connected system rather than six disconnected tools.
Ongoing operation of the whole system: sourcing, campaigns, testing, CRM hygiene and monthly reporting, with a named owner who is accountable for the number.
The system
Research and data feed the engine. The engine drives every channel. Everything writes back to one record, so you can always answer where a meeting came from.
Method
Every engagement runs the same sequence, so you always know exactly where the system stands and what happens next.
Domains, DNS, mailbox warmup, deliverability monitoring and CRM architecture. Then the thinking: ICP definition, persona research, account lists, and messaging built from how your buyers actually talk rather than how marketers talk about them.
Sequences go live across email, LinkedIn and phone. Every reply, open and objection feeds back into the system. Weak angles get cut, winning hooks get scaled, and reporting shows exactly what is working and why.
The system runs at full volume. Then everything transfers: accounts, sequences, playbooks, SOPs and dashboards. Your team is trained to operate it without me.
Every asset above ends up in your accounts
When we are done, you own the system.
Not access to mine. Yours, permanently.
The full methodSelected work
Five engagements, each one a system that was handed over at the end. Every number is the client's, not a projection.
200+ delegate passes, 20 speakers and 30+ vendor calls booked for a closed-door executive summit in Dallas, six weeks before doors opened.
$40K in closed revenue from a cold outbound system built from zero: 12 demos booked and 4 deals closed at a $10K average.
350 signups and 130 paid users in a 90-day launch sprint, starting before the product had any commercial infrastructure at all.
25 discovery calls booked for the CEO from a list of 650 hand-qualified leads, a 1-in-26 conversion from cold.
400+ users and almost no revenue, until a data-driven targeting fix drove 20+ team and enterprise conversions at near-100% reply-to-paid.
Why this works
Delegate acquisition and vendor acquisition, running at the same time on shared infrastructure. Every other agency picks one side. Filling both is what makes an event work, and it is the engagement almost nobody offers.
No proprietary network you rent access to and no platform lock-in. Every domain, sequence, list, playbook and dashboard transfers to you at handover. When the engagement ends, the system stays.
Outreach fails when it sounds like marketing and works when it sounds like a peer. Every message opens with a verified fact about the recipient’s own organisation: their bed count, their capital project, their hiring pattern. Research first, always.
DNS configuration, mailbox warmup, deliverability monitoring, CRM architecture, LinkedIn operations, cold calling scripts and dispositions. Not a list and some emails, but the entire machine.
About
I grew up in Tunisia, where sales meant a call center, minimum wage, and a script you read until your voice gave out. I worked those jobs as a student and found out something strange about myself: rejection did not touch me. I would get hung up on and play Candy Crush until the next dial. Everyone around me burned out. I just kept going.

Next step
Start with a 30-minute discovery call. No pitch, just a clear conversation about your pipeline problem and whether this system fits it.
